Carbonless forms are available from Premier Rigid Boxes in sets of two, three, four, or five parts, with the option to print in black ink, grayscale, or full color. They are an excellent business tool for creating a copy of an original document, whether handwritten or typed, that is both simple to use and affordable.
Carbonless paper, often known as NCR paper (no carbon required), is a type of coated paper that transfers information from the front page to the sheets beneath it. It is a regularly used paper for printing business forms. The first sheet is typically white, followed by canary, pink, green, or goldenrod sheets, depending on how many parts the carbonless set has.
Our digital machines can print carbonless sets single or double-sided in black ink or full color. For assignments with a short turnaround time or in small quantities, digital printing works best for carbonless sets.
We use our offset press to print larger volumes of carbonless forms, thereby saving our customers both time and money. However, the offset printing process cannot produce forms in full color. Carbonless forms are available in sizes up to 11″ x 17″.
People frequently number carbonless forms to identify gaps in paperwork or keep track of duplicate copies. When printing digital carbonless forms, Premier Rigid Boxes use Variable Data Numbering (VDP). Because VDP is a digital process that allows numbering to occur simultaneously with form printing, black or full-color numbering alternatives are available.
When printing carbonless forms on an offset press, crash numbering is required. The forms will first print on the press, and then our production staff will utilize a machine to imprint the orderly numbering on each set of forms. Crashing numbers might be in red or black.
